when customers enter their details and notes, an algorithm that we have created then lists that person within our system according to chosen preference.

For example, we may have 4 people waiting for lilac males 7 for female colourpoints 2 for female blue/cream etc etc. the algorithm has listed them in-order sequence of the date and time they entered on to the waiting list form below to ensure fairness to each customer.

As kittens are born their colours & sexes are entered into our system and the algorithm will automatically generate an email and send in waiting list order preference.

For example, if our litter due in 4 weeks has 4 female lilacs and 1 male colourpoint and 3 female colourpoints then the system will offer the first lilac to the Person that went on the list first requesting Lilac Female and then the second/Third/Forth depending on when entered on to the list. The same algorithm would then apply to the colourpoints etc.

We do not check the waiting list regularly as the algorithm is already in place to deal with the requests so we actually only see the notes once kittens are born and allocated to the waiting list owners so please ensure if you have any questions or preferences you email us at admin@animal-arc.com as well as noting them in the notes on the waiting list form below.
