UK to Singapore.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our services in the transportation of kitten to Singapore. Our quotes are valid for booking within four months.

Coronavirus update - We would love to be able to help you and your pets. There are currently some flights available to your chosen destination. However, we should warn you that we will have little choice in dates of flight, so we ask that you can be flexible with your pets’ flight date and we have to also warn you that there is possibility of cancellations or postponements. Please be rest assured, with any situation that may occur, your pets’ welfare and safety is our highest priority. If you are happy to go ahead on this basis, then please do let us know and we will endeavour to make the best plans we can.

At Animal Arc we provide a high quality professional service, ensuring ultimate peace of mind through every step of the process.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be allocated a travel consultant who will be making the final plans for your little one and be available for you to contact with any questions during the booking of kitten’s journey.

We offer two levels of service, Silver and Gold. The difference between the two is that with the Gold service we ensure that all final veterinary paperwork is completed perfectly, while with the Silver service we liaise with your own vet to ensure this is completed satisfactorily.

Breakdown of services, Gold and Silver include:

• Airline ticket with BA from Heathrow to Singapore (subject to availability)

• Airline surcharges (Handling / Security / War Insurance / Fuel / Airway Bill / Transit Fees)

• PetAir UK, IATA approved, wooden travel container with bedding and watering facility (crate see below)

• Export customs entry

• Heathrow airport visit on day of departure, for check in assistance

The Gold also includes the following:

• Application for DEFRA export health certificate

• Application for import license from Singapore authorities

• Collect from your home ( postcode) and 2 nights boarding

• Required Tick and Tapeworm treatments

• Completion of Part A of the DEFRA paperwork including pre travel veterinary health examination

• Transport to Heathrow Airport

• Check in

We can provide the above services for a total cost of SILVER £819.59 & GOLD £1382.59 (VAT not applicable as destination is outside EU).

Your pets will need to clear customs on arrival. We can arrange this on your behalf and our agent will charge approximately £450-£600 depending on the number of pets travelling. There is a local customs tax to be paid locally on arrival in Singapore this is approximately 7% of the silver price. If you would like a more accurate price then please do not hesitate to contact us. If you choose to clear your own pets then you will need to be in Singapore 1-2 days before the pets fly.

Our custom made standard cat crates (suitable for cats weighing up to 5kg) are also sprayed with a pheromone called Feli-Friend. This relaxes our feline VIPs and helps calm them during the flight making sure they feel safe and secure throughout the journey.

Cats travelling to Singapore need vaccinations against flu and enteritis within 12 months of the flight. All pets need an import permit from Singapore and UK export paperwork to be completed by a UK government vet within 48 hours of the flight date. Pets need to be at least 12 weeks old before they fly and need to have had their routine vaccinations given according to manufacturer's recommendations with at least 2 vaccinations, with the first administered no earlier than 6 weeks of age, and the 2nd vaccination, at least 14 days before they fly.

Pets must have been resident in the UK for six months or since birth. Pets cannot land into Singapore on a weekend.

If you are planning to travel within the next 4 weeks, please contact us as a matter of urgency.

We also offer a home collection and airport delivery service in UK and in Singapore if required. The additional charge for this service will be supplied on request as we appreciate many clients wish to accompany their pets to the airport. We will of course meet you at the airport.
